Mission

To strive for a high academic research standard in the above research areas through continued recruitment of talent research scientists and international collaborations.
To promote multi-disciplinary and multi-institute integrated projects, soliciting necessary collaboration among experts in basic research, clinical research and product development.
MED has chartered itself since inception with the mission of helping build a significant medical engineering industry in Taiwan with global market presence, by linking the medical profession with the excellent foundation of Taiwan's IT industry.
